823. 福岡市博多駅前で大規模陥没事故ー2016.11.9

8日福岡市の博多駅前で大規模な陥没事故が起こった現場では、福岡市は、穴を埋め戻し、影響を受けた水道などのライフラインの復旧工事を加速させています。
8日午前5時すぎ、福岡市の博多駅前の道路が縦横およそ30メートルにわたって大規模に陥没し、付近の4つのビルに避難勧告が出たほか、一部で断水や停電があるなどライフラインに影響がでました。
陥没は、市営地下鉄の延伸工事が原因とみられ、掘り進めていた岩盤の上部が少しずつ崩れ地下水があふれ出し、急激に陥没したということです。
福岡市は、夜を徹してセメントなどをまぜた特殊な土砂を投入し、穴を埋め戻す作業を続けています。
福岡市では、14日までには、陥没した箇所を埋め戻し、現場の通行を再開したいとしています。
この事故で、現場近くの停電したビルの中にいた70代の女性が階段で足を踏み外し、足に軽いけがをし、病院に運ばれたということです。

The sinkhole measures 30 meters long, 27 meters wide and 15 meters deep.
Fukuoka City officials say that at the site construction work was under way to extend a municipally run subway line.
They say that workers were digging a tunnel early Tuesday when water began flowing in from the ceiling.
The officials say that the workers are now refilling the sinkhole with a special soil and cement mixture and their work is expected to continue until next Monday, when the road will be paved over.
